🏋️ 1:1 Personal Training
This one's for you and you only. Doesn't matter if you're an athlete trying to level up or an adult looking to get stronger, lose weight, or just feel good — I build your program around your goals, your body, and where you're starting from. When we're together I'm locked in, high attention to detail on everything. And on the days you're training without me, your workouts are already loaded into TrainHeroic so you're never guessing what to do.
⚡ Small Group Training — Athletes
Small groups of athletes paired by sport or shared goal. Basketball and volleyball players working on vertical jump, sprinters and soccer players chasing faster sprint times — whatever it is, everyone in the group is working toward the same thing. The programming is built around what your sport actually demands, and you're pushing each other the whole way.
👥 Small Group Training — Adults
Same thing as 1:1, just split between 2 to 5 people. You still get a program built around your goals, the same coaching quality, and the same attention to detail — just at a lower price point. Great if you want to train with a friend or a small group of people chasing similar goals. The energy is always great in a small group session!
💨 Speed & Agility Training:
Available 1:1 or in small groups. We work on all of the qualities that make athletes faster and more explosive: plyometrics for vertical jump, acceleration and max velocity speed work, as well as agility and change of direction work.
